Q: Why does my product(s) take so long to get to me?
A: If you have purchased a bath and body product, these are usually made to order. We do this so that we do not have a lot of extra stock and to provide you with the freshest product. We are sure you would not want a product that we made 6 months ago sent to you which expires in 12 months from date created.
Q: Why are my products not in the same color or style bottle/jar?
A: Due to the national shortage of bottles and jars we get in what we can. Your product will still be the same volume/weight but just in a different jar/bottle. Most of our body creams come in colored jars and lotions will come in a white/clear bottle.
Q: Do you use any organic ingredients?
A: Yes, some of our ingredients are organic (coconut oil, jojoba, castor) but not all of them.
Q: Are your products all Natural?
A: No, our products are as natural as we can make them while also keeping your safety in mind. We use preservatives (synthetic) and fragrance oils (synthetic) but most of our other products are natural or derived from natural components. No product is ever 100% natural. If someone is selling you a product that you need to keep in the fridge you might want to reconsider whether that product is safe to use.
Q: Are your products Vegan?
A: Yes, some of our soaps are vegan, but not all of our products are vegan.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes & No. Please send us a message with your request and we will see what we can do for you.
Q: Are your products made from a mass-produced base?
A: No, we make all products from scratch that means mixing and weighing each ingredient that goes into the end product.
Q: Why are your products not heavily scented?
A: We lightly scent our products and stay within and below IFRA (International Fragrance Association) usage rates. Some fragrances are naturally stronger and some are lighter. If you are looking for strongly fragranced products you will not find them in our shop.
Q: Why is my sugar scrub or whipped soap soufflé melted?
A: If we are shipping either of these products in summer this can potentially happen due to the melt point of ingredients used in the product. Please read our shipping policy under summer shipping for additional information.
