At this time all orders will ship within 3-5 business days after your purchase. We are currently shipping orders out on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturday's.
We are a small business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The below information is not to remove ourselves from liability, but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation. We will file an inquiry with USPS, UPS, or FedEX on your behalf, but their is nothing that we can do on our end to find or resolve the situation. You the customer will need to contact your local USPS, UPS, or FedEX with the tracking information received.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped and we reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.
SUMMER SHIPPING: We love for you to purchase our products year round. Some items are not offered all year as they will melt in the summer heat (Body Butter, Whipped Soap Souffle, Buff Bars,etc). We use more protective packaging in the heat of summer and wrap your item in extra bubble wrap for added insulation and padding. As a result, most products shipped in warmer weather arrive without melting. Please understand that when we ship products we cannot control the high heat temperatures of summer, trucks, mailboxes, or outside. Please have your products delivered to a location where it will not be sitting out in the summer heat for extended periods of time. Due to this we will not refund or replace your item if it arrives melted. The product will work in the same manner, but will just look differently.
CANDLES & WAX MELT SHIPPING: Since these products are made with parasoy blend they do have the tendency to get soft in the hot heat. You will want your item to harden again before using. You do not want your package sitting out in the hot sun for hours. Please understand that when we ship products we cannot control the high heat temperatures of summer, trucks, mailboxes, or outside. Please have your products delivered to a location where it will not be sitting out in the summer heat for extended periods of time. Due to this we will not refund or replace your item if it arrives melted.
MULTIPLE ORDERS : We do combine multiple orders if purchased separately and will refund overage of charges. Please leave a note with one of your orders stating that you have multiple orders pending so we know to combine.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Since we are a small business and some products are created once purchased, we cannot provide Amazon-style shipping prices and time frames (2-day, next day, etc.). At this time, we have a small handling fee, but this can change at any time do to supply and demand of packing products.
US CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION: At this time we determine the price of shipping by the order weight, this is subject to change. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEX as our shipping services. We will try our best to put as many products into one box and will use the flat-rate USPS boxes when possible, depending on shipping method chosen. Any order weighing 15 oz. or less will be mailed First Class USPS mail only. Once your package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email/text. Please note that once your package leaves us it is no longer under our control, and we cannot be held responsible for lost, shipped to the wrong address, stolen, longer shipping times, or damaged packages.
DELIVERY OF ITEMS: With any shipping service mis-deliveries can happen as well as thief bandits (especially during the holidays). Double check your address and be very aware of where you are having your package shipped. Once your package has left us it is out of our control over how long it will take to get to you. Delivery windows are longer during the holidays so please order in advance.
FPO/APO: We would love to ship packages to our service members and their families overseas. We are an Air Force & Navy Family! Please note it does take longer for these packages to reach their destination.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION: At this time we are not shipping internationally. It is very hard to ship internationally with rising postage prices as well as customs. We will ship to Canada, Hawaii, and any other U.S. territory. Canadian buyers are responsible for duties, taxes and tariffs, if required, that are imposed on imported goods.
