Returns & Refunds Policy
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: We DO NOT under any circumstances accept returns/exchanges. Bath and Body products are a personal item and it is very unsafe and unhygienic to return these items to try and resell. We have no idea what has been done to the product. It is your responsibility to double check the items in your cart as well as ingredients list for any possible allergens.
REFUNDS: This will probably be the answer you will not like about refunds. We will NOT give a refund because you do not like the scent of the product purchased. Each person's olfactory system is different and what please you will probably not please the next. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. We strictly adhere to proper usage rates as set forth by the International Fragrance Association (IFA) for each fragrance or essential oil.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
OTHER INFO: Unscented (no fragrance or essential oil added) soap will have a slight scent due to the natural/organic ingredients used. Sometimes, an unscented soap bar may absorb scent based on the soap surrounding it on the curing rack. We try every effort to separate the soaps but sometimes its not avoidable. People have different skin types, conditions, water types, etc. Any of these factors will affect how our handcrafted products work for you.
